Image Manipulation

This is an effective example of image manipulation. The actors photos would of been taken individually and then cut out using lasso, then added to one layer. The individual photos would of been smoothed/airbrushed over as the photos show the actors with flawless skin and have no wrinkles, which could have been blurred out. The actors’ bodies could have been retouched to make them appear thinner, this is especially important to fit into what the film is about. The two actors furthest to the left have been edited in order to look like they are moving fast, this is done with the effects on their bodies. Lastly there have been black and white filters added over the actors photos.

This photo shows a range of different manipulation techniques. There would be many different layers that make up this photo, such as the sharks at the bottom of the page, then the ships and ship maps, then different photos of the actors which photos would of been taken individually. Effects would be added to specific actors faces in order to enhance their special effects makeup.
